Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Indiana) to lead plumbing installations and service work on commercial and remodeling projects. This role requires strong technical skill, the ability to read blueprints, and confidence working alongside other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial (and occasional residential) projects

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts

• Perform pipe cutting, threading, layout, and full system installation

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement long-term solutions

• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades on job sites

• Communicate with clients when needed to assess plumbing requirements

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments

• Assist with fixture installation during remodels and build-outs

What We’re Looking For

• Current Indiana Journeyman Plumber License (Required)

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)

• Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with plumbing tools

• Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements

• Physical ability to lift materials and work in varied environments

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
